"I never had any in-depth discussion with Peter about the psychology of Eomer, or how the death of his parents may have affected him as a young man. Besides, any questions you need to ask are answered in the book, where you get to see how your piece of the puzzle fits in with the bigger picture. That’s not a luxury you have on other projects."
"You never give up on family. Ever." – Dean Winchester
To celebrate a big number like 1,000 followers, you need something big in return, right? So why not tell the Winchester family’s story from pre-series up to first half of season 2, I say!
Thank you guys. For everything. This hellhoundsprey-thing makes me feel the completest I’ve felt in years. Your support means more to me than you probably think ♥.

If it actually started raining men I think I’d just start crying and be really terrified and not leave my house and just curl up into a ball and pretend I couldn’t hear the slamming of bodies falling upon my roof under no circumstances would I think “hallelujah”
it’s a cold and it’s a broken hallelujah
(Haha, I love the massive emphasis on WHEN. You’re my kind of person, anon. =3 )
THIS IS A TOUGH QUESTION.
Because there’s a very likely chance that Rin’s going to go pro, I think he would definitely want to keep his surname. I think he’d also want to keep it because of his dad, since Rin is basically the last who can pass on the Matsuoka name.
At the same time, I think Rei would really want to keep his surname, as well, because he’s a little bit proud like that.
But Rei would probably weigh the options and come up with some super logical reason for taking Rin’s surname (“It only makes logical sense, because I have an older brother who can continue to pass on my family name” or “Logically, since you’re famous and all Rin-san, you need to keep your surname” or something like that).
Rei Matsuoka has a nice ring to it, don’t you think? =3
"Matsuoka Rei," he says to himself one day in front of the mirror, testing the way the names roll off his lips together. It sounds strange but achingly familiar at the same time. He tries it again and finds himself smiling. A crash sounds from the bedroom across the hall and he hurries over to find Rin standing with the box of winter clothes scattered around his feet and tears in his eyes. "Are you hurt?" He carefully steps through the clothes, wary of anything that might have gotten mixed in during packing that might have broken when it fell. "Rin?"
"Say it again." Rin’s voice is wavering and Rei runs his thumb under Rin’s eyes to wipe away the tears. He pauses and rewinds the last few minutes in his mind. A smile breaks across his face and he cups Rin’s face in his hands.
"Matsuoka Rei." Rin smiles and pulls him close for a kiss.
"Matsuoka Rei," Rin says against his lips. "I think I like the sound of that."
